Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Design
Rentals laid out for the guest, the cleaner and the reviews
Love where you stay
A short-term rental is a home that has to work for someone who has never been there, and look right in a photo before they ever arrive. We design rentals the way we design every space — layout first — so they sleep well, clean fast, hold up to guests, and photograph the way they feel in person.
Why Design a Rental
Designed for the guest who has never been there
Planned for the listing photo
Your first photo is the one every guest sees in search. We plan one clear, considered view of every room, so your photos show a space people can picture themselves in.
Sleeps more, comfortably
Sleeping capacity is a layout problem. We plan beds, sofa beds and bunks around real walkways and clearances, so a higher guest count never feels squeezed.
Built for turnover
Washable, scuff-resistant finishes and performance fabrics, a lockable owner's closet, and storage for linens and supplies placed where your cleaner actually needs it.
A budget spent where guests notice
The bed, the lighting and one room's statement wall carry a stay. We put your money there and keep it out of the things guests never touch.
Nothing missing on night one
A complete kitchen, bath and entry inventory, specified item by item, so the first guest finds the corkscrew, the spare towels and the second set of sheets.
Easy to keep consistent
A sourcing list with every piece, colour and quantity, so a broken lamp or a stained throw is replaced with the same thing, not the nearest thing.

Hosts at every stage

You've bought a condo, a cabin or an investment property and need it guest-ready without guessing at every purchase.
Refreshing a listing
Your rental works but the photos look like every other listing nearby, or the same comfort complaints keep coming up in reviews.
Renting a suite in your home
A basement or garden suite that needs to feel like a stay of its own while staying practical to clean and maintain.
Running more than one unit
A repeatable design and sourcing standard you, a co-host or a property manager can roll out and keep consistent.

Questions
Before you book
- Do you only design Airbnb listings?
- No. This service covers any furnished short-term or mid-term rental — Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, or a suite you rent to travelling professionals.
- Can you work with furniture I already own?
- Yes. We'll tell you plainly what to keep, what to move to another room, and what's costing you in photos and reviews.
- My rental isn't in Calgary. Can you still help?
- Yes. We work in person across Calgary and surrounding communities, and virtually anywhere else — Canmore, the Alberta and BC Rockies, or a rental across the country. The plan, selections, sourcing list and styling plan all work remotely.
- Do you handle licensing or permits?
- No. Short-term rental licensing and local rules are between you and your municipality. We design the space; we're happy to plan around any requirements you've been given.
